Other times, people decide to be seen with their loved ones, so therapy becomes an opportunity to work on solutions, improve

communication, and find ways to get along better and improve your romantic life as a couple. At times, one partner finds out there was a history of betrayal, and therapy can become a journey of recovery from pain and disappointment to better ways in relating with openness, love,  and respect. We work together in making sense what really happened, what led to the extra marital affair. This is a very difficult challenge to overcome, but our work together may open possibilities for us to rescue dignity back into your relationship. However, other times, people decide they no longer want to stay married, so I can assist you in going through the separation/divorce process in a mutual respectful/collaborative way, in particular to preserve the well being of your children, if that's the case. Sometimes, families come together and we create in therapy an arena where all family members work together in dialogue searching for answers to conflicts, strengthening relationships in order to accept differences and go through challenging times. Whichever way we work in therapy, all information shared is kept confidential and your privacy is respected.

Working with children and teens is  a fascinating journey, some times with the use of play and different games, others through art, paint, music or literature. These tools will allow for us to explore the world and all kinds of relationships surrounding us. During this process kids share, play, learn and grow, in knowledge and trust.
